Description
The eye-catching handiwork on this piece is like a painting with a needle. Intricate embroidery has been used to conjure up memories of a memorable Christmas eve with family and friends.
A beautiful tapestry of myriad artworks has been created with stitches, motifs and imagery to tell tales of joy. The woven fabric travelled from the weavers' village near Banaras to a remote town in Gujarat for the applique mirror work. It took nearly two months to craft the entire piece. Fragments of silk have been used for the beaded applique work. This delightful silk wrap would be the perfect accompaniment for a night to remember.
