Description
The mystic saint Kabir was an enlightened weaver. Poetry was something that seeped into his being while he worked on the loom. He meditated with his mind fixed on the alternating warp and weft. The Bhujodi venkar weaved the wool panel at a meditatively slow pace.
It took two long months to craft the entire piece. The Bhujodi wool panel has been embellished with intricate Rabari embroidery. Glorious imagery of flowering vines on silk showcases nature at its most beautiful, and would remind you of a turquoise sky peeking through flowering trees. The tradition of using floral patterns on fabric is culturally significant and has blossomed over the centuries. This luxe wool-silk stole deserves a special place in your wardrobe.
