This collection is a blend of various crafts from different states of India. This blend is a mixture of tussar silk hand woven silk from Gopalpur, Odisha along with surface embellishment from the embroiderers of Uluberia and Harishpur near Kolkata, and mesmerising tie & dye craft called leheriya from Jaipur in Rajasthan. Uluberia, a small town near Howrah, the east of India has produced the finest of craftsmen in hand embroidery. Jaipur, the cultural town of India has become the destination of global designers from across Europe and US. It is our small attempt with one of the finest and complicated tie & dye arts called leheriya. We have balanced it by fusing other fine crafts to give it a truly global appeal.
